Advances in technology over the last 20 years have revolutionised PRINT. Most households now have a PC with a small desktop printer connected. For many of the everyday projects this is economical and adequate. It is when you require the higher quality offered by commercial equipment, the longer print runs or the special finishing facilities such as folding, numbering, perforation, booklet making, laminating etc that you need to turn to Westgate Print.
We have included below a very brief description of each of the main types of printing processes we use, its niche and suitability plus anything you need to take into consideration when preparing artwork. It is not always an easy decision as to which process would be best for a particular job, it can depend upon the size of the finished job, the finishing processes which the job will need to go through and the type of stock the job is to be printed on.
